Local Strategy doesnt work with multiple collections setup

/api/{slug}/me always returning null when using multiple plugin instances ( for multiple collections) with enableLocalStrategy: true

To Reproduce

You can try this with multiple-auth-collections example, but add enableLocalStrategy: true at least for admins, and try to log-in in admin panel.

Login successful, but /me returning null instead of user

The problem lies in payloads database session. It does not work properly with this plugin. I have disabled the database sessions then the local strategy is enabled.

Should be fixed in version 0.10.1. Will be published, then GitHub Actions will work again.
