Sine not showing up in settings [OS: Arch Linux]

After facing problems installing Sine a few weeks ago, I'm facing problems after the installation today.
I had to reinstall my OS and after adding the CachyOS Repos to my Arch Linux, I installed Zen.

After that, I installed sine via the latest release page for linux_x64, this time with hyprpolkitagent already installed.

Installation went smooth and after opening zen again, it told the that xf something (can't remember the correct name) modified my Browser.
So I went to the settings page, Sine Shop was not there.

I went to about:support and restarted my browser from there, didn't work.

After various uninstall and install attempts, I tried an earlier release, installation successful, Sine still not showing up.
Uninstalled that and installed the latest version, still no sine.

Double-checked that I selected the right profile, I did.

I then scrolled through closed issue here and found one that said open (on the settings page) CTRL+SHIFT+J and show us the output to see if sine get's blocked.

This here is the output:

I cannot see a mention of sine but thought I might as well show it to you.

Any help would be appreciated since I need to do the whole thing again on my Notebook at the end of the month.

Little Update, after flying over this Issue, I downloaded the updater.sh and executed it.
It gave me a bad request error.

Looking at the URL and trying to download it manually, I get a Not Found error.

Try the sine-linux-x64 executable now. I believe to have fixed the issue causing this for many Linux users.

I have the same issue on Arch Linux as well. I believe it used to prompt for authentication before but now it does not. the executable goes through the installation normally but sine is not preset in the settings even after clearing startup cache.

Looking at my zen installation directory and profile directory I don't think anything has been added or modified by the executable.

I re-downloaded the sine-linux-x64 executable and run it again, without any success.

I thought maybe I need to uninstall sine first, but even after removing it from all profiles, it still says it detected an old version of it.

Meaning I cannot uninstall it but I also can't install it... strange

I've got to fix the issue.
Apparently, there was still an old version of Sine installed (When I first tested things, before opening this issue).
Removed that with the old uninstaller, and then I had to delete the chrome directory inside my users Zen Profile directory.

After that, I could reinstall it with the new program, and it's now showing up inside Zen.

@Tokkichu perhaps you need to do the same?

I do not think it is installing for me at all as it does not tell me I have a previous installation or give me the option to uninstall. my chrome folder was last edited the date I installed the browser itself.

profile location: /home/tokki/.config/zen

Directories listed in about:support:
Profile Directory: /home/tokki/.config/zen/gseccpvg.Tokki
Application Binary: /opt/zen-browser-bin/zen-bin

Edit: I also noticed that the installer downloads the files locales.zip, engine.zip, profile.zip and program.zip in the same place where the installer is.

Open up one of those zip files. Are the contents empty or invalid?

I tried all of them and they seem fine, I'm able to read code inside the .js files for example or see the image assets in the engine folder
