Add a System dialog to "invite" a new Navigator users to an ELS system that's running a persistent Subscriber Listener and optional Hint Server.
Generate a unique key in the email for them to use at the first login with Navigator. Store a "pending login" JSON file. When they first login present a dialog to set their preferred user name and password. Then capture their IP address for a Whitelist.
Have to exchange initial Library files for connection information. How to handle? Will figure something out. Maybe an email attachment.
Or something like that.
