[Feature Request] File -> Open URL...

I would like to have the option to open a remote panel from the "File" menu similar to the "File" -> "Open..." option, but instead of providing a file browser, only provide a text input field where the full URL to a *.bob would have to be put in to open the panel.

So something like "File" -> "Open URL..." -> "https://phoebus-webserver/path/to/file.bob"

A slightly advanced feature would be a configuration property which allows to define a default path, for example https://phoebus-webserver/path/, so if the above string does not start with https:// it assumes a relative path to the pre-defined default web resource.

I miss this feature mostly during review/panel testing workflows with remote-only panels

Yes, that would be nice. For now I create a simple "launcher" display with action buttons to open https://.....
