[Critical] Node creation fails when the program has a "." in it

All changes merged to main and deployed.

Now open https://controlcore-project.github.io/concore-editor/, click "+" to create a new workflow, and then create a node, it fails with an error "Node with incorrect label."

This should work since "A:BC.py" is a valid program name. A "." here is actually (almost?) always expected. The node validation code is incorrect.
