Interpolate bicubic throws segmentation fault on surface topographies of size 32768 x 32768

The topography interpolates one 65000 x similar number grid points

This is nonessential but sets the limit for the system size for our crackfront simulations

I thought this has been fixed a long time ago. Will look into it, it is likely an integer overflow.

Are you sure it is not an issue with insufficient memory on the machine you are using @sannant ?

Well, it is a while ago, but since it is a single CPU job, I expect that I was able to extimate the required memory usage.
