Addon SDK V2

Hi everyone, is there anything planned to update the plugin to work with the new version of the addons (SDK V2) provided by Construct (Scirra)?

I'm not sure at all. I'm personally not planning on updating proUI to v2, and also I'm not quite sure how much of it can be ported.

Maybe @MikalDev has a better idea about this? 🤔

I don't think it will be ported, users will need to stick with a C3 version with SDK1 support.

How much funding is needed to begin the porting process to SDK V2? We really need this plugin, and we want to contribute to make it happen.

Porting this to V2 would be a fairly large endeavour, especially since a lot of the featureset used in ProUI is outdated.

I would always recommend using an alternative to ProUI if you can rather than hope for it to get ported. If your project has been using ProUI for a long time and replacing it is not possible, I would recommend sticking to LTS releases of Construct in the meantime until someone does port it.
