velocity instead of jquery.transit

Velocity is currently best in performance, and since it works without need for jquery
it would be best to remove jquery completely and remove jquery.transit and replace it with velocity.

If you agree with this and can do it cool, if not, please test and try jquery slim if it is enough for current needs of this project.
