Cannot access gated repo for llama3

This is an interesting repo. I tried to ran it on colab but got error.

I have got the access to llama3 on huggingface and downloaded it


How should I solve this error? thanks! oh by the way, how much GPU memory does it require？Is 24G enough for attacking llama3？
