BUG REPORT: 0.43 RPM does not create new unprivileged user #380

Description

Describe the bug
Hello friends,

I just upgraded snclient to the latest 0.43 version and it seems that, at least, the RPM package does not create the user and group snclient for the new unprivileged functionality.

The systemd script just bugs out trying to launch snclient, complaining about the missing user when it tries to restart the agent after the upgrade.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install or upgrade snclient 0.43 via the Consul rpm repo.
  2. Try to start snclient

Expected behavior
I'm in the belief that there should be a function in the included install script that creates the user and group configured in the systemd init script.

Software (please complete the following information):

  • CloudLinux 8.10 (RHEL derivative)
  • x86_64
  • SNClient Version 0.43
