Scada-application folder not found in repository

I am trying to install this software following the readme, but in step number 2:

2. Copy scada-application folder from this repository to ns-allinone-<version>/ns-<version>/src.

The scada-application folder from this repository is not available.

I contacted the author via his university e-mail address and he promised me to update this repository as soon as he has time. You might also have a look at https://github.com/ERIGrid, where they connect ns-3 via FMI.

It have been more than a year. No update yet. People like still drop to this repo in search of implemention of the paper. :( I think time to write a proper simulator.
