grub2_nousb_argument: one test scenario fails with SCE check

Description of problem:

When running per-rule/ansible test and checking for SCE check of grub2_nousb_argument, the scenario wrong_value_entries.fail fails.

Operating System Version:

RHEL 9.8 and 10.2

Steps to Reproduce:

Run per-rule/ansible/from-env with RULE=grub2_nousb_argument

Actual Results:

The scenario fails.

Expected Results:

Scenario passes.
