Problem Description

Why you need to pack all nodes in to single one?
Can you just keep nodes opened!???
Shame!!!! 2 hour 46 min for generating 8 sec video!
Im use wan2.2 standart workflow and it takes only 30 minutes and fork flawless!!!! at same settings!
Better you keep you job for you self than put unfinished job to public!!!

This issue should be fixed with recent FE updates. Have you updated your FE version? @AVert

yes, this packing of workflows is crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! try to put a model in when its packed!

@CodeAlexx For subgraph, you should be able to unpack it: https://docs.comfy.org/interface/features/subgraph

As there are more subgraph-related issue reports, we will gradually improve the subgraph. If you don't want the subgraph, just unpack it. You can also update and save it to the subgraph blueprints if you want.
