Not a big issue, but I just wanted to let you know that the second citation to the normalization of the M-D redshift model i.e. Callister+ (arXiv:2003.12152 <https://arxiv.org/abs/2003.12152>) is not the same M-D model as the first citation (Fishbach+). Also, the naming convention of 'gamma' and 'kappa' suggests that the exponent in the denominator should be gamma + kappa to be consistent with Callister+ and also the GWTC-3 cosmology analysis (https://arxiv.org/pdf/2111.03604)
