  • Updated ZIG version to 0.16.0 and Minish to 0.3.0.
  • Fixed the failing build and tests after the Zig upgrade.
  • Updated the Actions workflow files to use Zig 0.16.0.
  • Improve the tests by running them in Linux, Windows, and macOS, and also making them deterministic and more robust.
