test(cli): add CLI integration tests, fix pages.yml checkout, update README tool count and URLs (#9)

- Cherry-pick 18 CLI tests from stale Openclaw branch (coverage 73%→89%)
- Fix pages.yml: actions/checkout@v4 → v6 for consistency
- Fix README: 'eight tools' → 'eleven CLI tools', 'all 8 tools' → 'all 11 CLI tools'
- Fix README footer URL: devforge.dev → revenueholdings.dev
