Stale branch cleanup

This repo has accumulated 27 non-default branches. The vast majority belong to PRs that have already been merged into main (most via squash, which is why git reports them as slightly "ahead" — their changes are already in main). Cleaning these up will declutter the branch list and the PR/branch UIs.

No branches are deleted by this issue — surfacing only, since branch deletion is a destructive action a maintainer should confirm.

Stale-branch cleanup is complete. Current state:

Deleted — all branches tied to merged PRs (24 branches), plus the superseded orphan improve/devforge-license-1782354781 (despite its name it only re-added governance files that already exist on main, and was 99 commits behind).

Rescued, not deleted — cowork/improve-api-contract-guardian turned out to contain a real, still-unmerged bug fix: the diff engine ignores path-item-level parameters, producing a false-green gate. main still has this bug. Opened as #38 for review (it predates a main refactor, so it needs a rebase — noted on the PR).

Left alone — improve/api-contract-guardian-require-license-20260629 is an active open PR (#37), not stale.

Recommend enabling Settings → General → "Automatically delete head branches" so merged branches are removed automatically going forward. Closing this issue.
