fix: Correct blog folder year from 2025 to 2026 (qa-requested)

The blog folder was incorrectly named 2025-02-14-orquestacion-agentes-hooks
when it should be 2026-02-14-orquestacion-agentes-hooks to match the
actual creation date. This was causing a metadata parsing error when
viewing the blog post.

Fixes:
- Cannot destructure property 'date' of 'metadata' as it is undefined
