Add CIE's 1976 LUV color space support #7
Description
It would be interesting to add support to add support to the CIE's 1976 LUV color space (derived from the CIE's 1960 MacAdam color space).
Related work:
- Creating CIELUV class in Litipk.ColorSharp.ColorSpaces namespace.
- Adding tests to cover the CIELUV class.
