The price is rounded down when using comma instead of dot in the price format

A user reported that the price appears weird on the product page.

I am not sure if it's a bug or a feature request for providing support for commas.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Add a checkbox
2. Insert two options: Test - 1,50 and Test2 - 2,50
3. Save and check the product

It appears correctly when using 1.50 instead of 1,50.

Same issue for comma used in the Add-on price.

This happens because some countries (like Romania) use , instead of . We should advise them only to use . because we do not have regional support for number formatting.

We can implement a warning for this situation or just auto-convert to . format.
