Adjust the compression level/ image quality slider & default

Problem

Right now the slider goes from 50-100, with a default on 90, there is no reason to go above 90, which is really a lot in my view since you can end up with a bigger image with no quality improvement & the default, should ideally be close to mauto, a level that gives a good result balancing size/quality.

Solution

Redo the scale 50-90
Default at 65, which would be medium
High should be at 80, on the slider
Low as it is now at 55
