Description
Status quo
Currently the table of pull requests/organizations is completely hidden behind the busy spinner while getting the newest data, preventing the user to see or interact with the data.
Desired state
- a new busy indicator is used, that is not displayed on top of those two tables
- the user of <Table .../> can decide per prop which type of busy indicator to use
