Send 0-status outputs #16
Description
- At the start of the day, the first > 0 is sent and then the 0 before it.
- At the end of the day, the last 0 isn't sent.
- Intermediate downtime (solar eclipse, maintenance, snow, power outage, ...) isn't properly padded with 0s either.
