Contact Form needs to handle 3 scenarios based on what was discussed on Hack Night 4/13.

1. Contact Form for any interested party to reach out to the brigade.
2. Contact Form for new proposals/pitches for the brigade.
3. Contact Form to anonymously report any violations to the Code 4 Puerto Rico Code of Conduct.
