Error 500 page should have less dynamic functionality

The idea here is that this page should have no dynamic functionality. Preferably it should be a minimal, static HTML page. The page is displayed when the server crashes due to an uncaught exception. It's bad if the process of rendering the error page can crash too, covering up the original issue.
