Error message after adding new employee

After creating an employee with an unused email the app throws an error indicating that the emal is used, even though the account has been created anyway.

Cannot reproduce after switching mail service. Error message may be due to error handler misinterpreting e-mail sending failure as violation of unique e-mail constraint.

You need to fix the overly broad exception handlers.
