Files missing namespace

Describe the bug

Several files are missing a namespace:

• CCGeom.h
• CCShareable.h
• CCTypes.h (these types are used in a lot of places)
• Garbage.h
• Jacobi.h
• RayAndBox.h

Namespaces should be added.
