### Description 

There is a OTel instrumentation project https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation
It has adoption part for ClickHouse java driver https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation/tree/main/instrumentation/clickhouse

We need to review how can we contribute and keep this adoption in sync.
