Summary

• Add full site metadata, canonical URLs, Open Graph/Twitter tags, and a sitemap route for stronger SEO coverage.
• Reduce homepage and shell JavaScript by removing client-only animation wrappers and gating annotations server-side for signed-in users only.
• Fix the footer accessible-name mismatch and improve hero/image delivery with explicit sizing and fetch priority hints.
• Update robots.txt and enable production browser source maps to improve crawlability and Lighthouse diagnostics.
