🐞 Bug "CircuitVerse" logo on Learn & Explore Tutorials pages does not redirect to Home

Describe the bug

On both the Learn page opened from the Getting Started dropdown and the Explore Tutorials page clicking, the CircuitVerse logo does not redirect to the Home page.

Instead, it reloads the same Learn/Tutorial page, which is inconsistent with expected website behavior.

The logo should always redirect to the homepage (https://circuitverse.org), just like it does on other pages.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to circuitverse.org
Hover over Getting Started
Click Learn (OR click Explore Tutorials)
On the Learn/Tutorial page, click the CircuitVerse logo in the top-left
Observe: The page reloads itself instead of redirecting to the homepage

Expected Behavior

Clicking the CircuitVerse logo must redirect the user to the home page (https://circuitverse.org), not reload the same page.

This should behave consistently across all pages of the website.
