Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
Yes, the feature request is related to the problem of inconsistent user interface behavior. The 'Previous' and 'Next' buttons lack hover effects, unlike other buttons on the website that provide visual feedback when hovered. This inconsistency can confuse users, making it unclear whether the buttons are interactive
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a hover effect to the 'Previous' and 'Next' buttons, similar to the buttons Light mode and CircuitVerse on GitHub. The effect should be immediately visible to show the buttons are clickable. When I first visited the website, I wasn't sure the buttons were interactive, so displaying the hover effect right away will save users' time and improve the experience.
