Images in Template not showing

Describe the bug
When an image is added to a template as a base, it does not show in slides, but can be seen in the thumbnails, but not in the output. However, adding it as a background to the template works as expected.

Thanks. Looks like it works fine unless there's an output style set.

I still tried this in church yesterday and it did not work.
Slide template background colour and images none work but images in overlay worked.
