Create method for saving output

Allow saving of output. Possibilities (not mutually exclusive):

• A standardized Crispr class method that
  • saves all relevant output (figures, results, etc.) by handling attributes individually
  • pickles the whole object
• A standard argument that gives an output directory within each method
