Contributing to PKVault

Any desire to contribute to PKVault is truly appreciated, thank you !

PKVault tries to include community in its evolution and avoid any full dependency of a single developer.

Issues, questions & feature requests

When submitting an issue please provide these data:

  • Detailled description of the issue
  • A screenshot of the issue, if relevant
  • Related files if any (save files, PK files, PKVault files)
  • PKVault logs if relevant (in logs/ folder)

If it's about a question, feature request or something else, consider using ProjectPokemon discussion. Don't be shy, all feedbacks are very welcomed !

Pull requests

There is no "absolute" rules to follow, just several suggestions:

  • Check current documentation:
  • Keep app consistency
  • Keep in mind: new feature == new maintenance work
  • Try to stay on common code conventions, including ones from tech used (C#, TS, etc)

Also if you want to pass some time working on PKVault, consider asking questions & feedbacks here or on ProjectPokemon discussion, you may receive some help !
