[Feature Request]: Burning/Frost Meter from Better Than adventure #96

Description
A seperate meter for burning/freezing that show up on the hotbar where the bubble meter is that determines how much longer you have left to burn or how much "coldness" you can handle until you freeze.
Solution
It should correspond to the player's fire/freezing ticks in game to show how much longer for the affliction
Alternatives
Yes, nothing else similar exists for clientside.
Additional Context
The feature is basically clientside and from Better Than Adventure from Beta Minecraft mod, so nothing else like it exists. Please see google doc link for screenshot of what I'm talking about, thank you.
Edit: New "Burning Heart" suggestion to give a fire equivalent to Frostbite hearts. See Google Doc
