Some of the descriptions are vague when it comes to understanding what passes and fails in a chart. 

As an example, for Perceivable: "Content is only visual", more information and explanations on why axis labels, legends, etc. aren't considered a fail when they are not read out to a SR user, but are only there for sighted users.
