[Feature Request] Add additional response to ;play command. #256
Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's confusing when you stop music and then type play again, or just type play without arguments with nothing in queue
Describe the solution you'd like
Create an additional message saying something like "There's no tracks in queue" when there is nothing in queue.
