Main storage - unable to setup as the app does not request storage #148

Android 13, Carnet 0.25.1 local build
No "media" permission, no "audio" permission, no "all files", nothing. Hence, while the dialogue says we should grant them, we can't actually since the app does not ask for them to begin with.
