CCSS calendar widget

Suggested by Lindsay, we should have an actual calendar on the website.

Proposal for feature:

• standalone view/controller
• stick it in a modal window that can be opened from the home-panel (another icon thingy)
• Make content easy to update or pull it from somewhere.

Update on plan: We have a read-only link to our google calendar. Embed in <iframe> that is in turn in a modal (angular ui provides one I'm pretty sure).
