Make (a) Nautis Scenario('s)

To visualise the VTS operator aid we should design an Nautis Scenario

This scenario should show the capability of our software.
Thus they should broadly do the following:

• Normal operations (all ships following designated path)
• Path deviations (this should trigger a warning that a ship is deviating.
• Reassigning of destinations (spoofed as Nautis doesn't support new paths.)
