Lane G: refresh Alpha Gap state after Rust cognition stack

Why

Canary moved materially after the current Alpha Gap table snapshot. The table still describes Lane D and Lane F as unstarted/needs-owner, but canary now includes PRs #1398, #1400, #1399, #1401, #1402, #1404, #1406, and #1407.

Scope

Update docs/planning/ALPHA-GAP-ANALYSIS.md so it is the live board again:

• Lane D: mark PersonaTurnFrame, response_prompt, generate_response shim, inference-llm registration, and redundant TS slot delete as landed.
• Lane F: mark persona TS ratchet PR-1 and AI server shim coverage as landed.
• Lane B / release gate: mention scripts/main-promotion-gate.sh and required Mac/Metal, linux/amd64 CUDA, linux/amd64 Vulkan receipts.
• G hygiene: list stale canary PRs currently failing Carl smoke (fix(install): align tier name to registry canon + pass TIER to model-init + fail loud on unknown tier #1085, fix(mac): gate native LiveKit bridge behind explicit profile #1071, fix(mac): run livekit bridge natively #1026) for triage/close/rebase.
• Identify the next concrete PR per lane, especially Lane D turn-execute and VDD/prod replay.

Validation

• Docs-only PR to canary.
• AIRC summary with lane owner/next PR map.
• No new implementation mixed into this PR.
