PR-1 smoke slice landed in canary via #1135 at merge commit TBD by GitHub view. Scope completed: AIRC + queue lifecycle dry-run/fake-gh smoke script at scripts/ci/canary-smoke-airc-queue.sh. Local proof before merge: bash -n scripts/ci/canary-smoke-airc-queue.sh, bash scripts/ci/canary-smoke-airc-queue.sh => 7 passed / 0 failed against current AIRC canary. Remaining matrix slices stay open on this parent card: ts-rs export sync, cargo/features parity, JTAG/screenshot, persona/chat path proof, Docker/Carl install gate.

• PR-1 AIRC + queue lifecycle smoke landed via test(#1132 PR-1): canary smoke for AIRC + queue lifecycle #1135 at canary merge 4080d448d. Proof before merge: bash -n scripts/ci/canary-smoke-airc-queue.sh and bash scripts/ci/canary-smoke-airc-queue.sh => 7 passed / 0 failed against current AIRC canary.
• PR-2 ts-rs generated barrel sync ratchet landed via test(generated): ts-rs export sync ratchet (#1132 PR-2) #1137 at canary merge 0c04524e7; queue card airc-queue: feat(test): ts-rs export sync ratchet (#1132 PR-2) #1136 is closed.

Rust feature smoke slice is open as PR #1138: #1138

Proof from this machine:

• RUN_CARGO_CHECK=0 scripts/ci/canary-smoke-rust-features.sh -> 4 passed, 1 skipped, 0 failed
• scripts/ci/canary-smoke-rust-features.sh -> 6 passed, 1 skipped, 0 failed on macOS; default llama check intentionally skipped because macOS rejects CPU-only llama builds
• commit hook: TypeScript compilation passed; browser tests skipped because local ./jtag ping was not responsive
• pre-push: TypeScript clean; ESLint 5530 errors vs baseline 6310; no Rust-relevant hook cargo phases

This covers the cargo/features parity lane for #1132. Remaining lanes: JTAG ping+screenshot with a running stack, persona/chat path proof, and Docker/Carl install gates once the Linux amd64 image cards unblock.

Useful AIRC signal check: the log/queue are helpful as durable coordination, but current airc peers only shows stale peers last seen 5 days ago. For live flywheel behavior we still need the nudge/heartbeat/peer availability lane to make idle agents visibly actionable.

Remaining #1132 lanes: JTAG ping+screenshot with a running stack, persona/chat path proof, and Docker/Carl install gates after #1123/#1124 unblock on Linux amd64.

JTAG ping + screenshot smoke slice landed via #1139 at 087185b.

Review correction before merge: the first version could invoke a dangling global ~/.local/bin/jtag even when the stack was down. I patched the PR branch at a7d7227 to prefer repo-local src/jtag and harden stack detection with socket + bracketed pgrep. Proof after patch:

• default stack-down: 0 passed, 2 skipped, 0 failed, exit 0
• STACK_REQUIRED=1: 0 passed, 0 skipped, 3 failed, exit 2
• commit hook TypeScript passed; browser tests skipped because local stack is down

Remaining #1132 lanes: persona/chat path proof and Docker/Carl gates once Linux amd64 image cards unblock.
