Update to newest version of Typo.js to get en_GB dictionaries to work

I'm using this for the spell checking and it works really well except there's a bug that prevents en_GB dictionaries from working, explained on the Typo.js repository.

The fix is one line so either could be implemented manually but perhaps it would be better to update the whole thing?

What is the one line change? I looked at the fixes for that issue, but it wasn't clear what the one line to change here would be.
