Support CakePHP 5

Are there any plans to support CakePHP 5? I noticed issue #70 regarding PHP 8 compatibility, but the mentioned PR appears to address only CakePHP 4.5.

I found this fork https://github.com/Portal89/cakephp5-oracle-driver which seems to be working on supporting CakePHP 5

I have reached out to CakeDC to determine when and if they plan on updating their plugin to support cake 5+. The forks and forks of forks are close to working. I ended up getting our consultants to patch the fork of the fork (DamienR91) https://github.com/DamienR91/cakephp5-oracle-driver
