Integrate `seqproc` into `simpleaf`

There is an initial implementation in simpleaf branch with contains code to alter the seqproc transformation to integrate the length changes transformations.

NOTE: Additional work to be done on the ANTISEQUENCE side to allow for named pipes to stream reads once pre-processed.
