Console does not fetch error information for some workflows occasionally and we cannot submit ACDCs #140
Description
As discussed many times, occasionally error info is not available on the console for a small subset of workflows. For now, we're solving the issue by restarting the server. We need to understand what's the real issue. Here are some examples from today:
