Use Espresso to create Intent Tests for SnackNTrack

Technical Requirement:

1. Use the latest version of expresso for UI testing
2. For early implementation, use hard-coded mock data for the list of recipes to be displayed and for the recipe to be edited.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Used expresso
• The test covers all the cases
