Recipe: Add Image Uploading to Database

Image file chooser works (as solved in #42) but only works with local images - add ability to upload image to database so users can see the image on any device they sign into.
Criteria

• Can upload recipe image to Firebase storage
• Can change recipe image in corresponding recipe document
