add a meaning full default query

The current default query in the endpoint is the good old SELECT * {?s ?p ?o.} LIMIT x.

A still -light weight- but more meaningful query proves more efficient / introduces people to some of the properties/classes used.

@proycon if you see this the same way, then I perhaps could have a stab it.

Sure! A more meaningful default query would be a good idea! In fact, I thought we actually already had one at one point, see this screenshot: https://github.com/proycon/codemeta-server/blob/master/screenshot_sparql.jpg I'll have to check the git history to rule out some kind of regression bug with the yasgui interface (also considering your other issue which I have seen and thought to have fixed before).
