Corpus ID is defaulted to 1

Through the many early iterations of Proteus, the concept of a "sub-corpus" emerged which manifested itself as Proteus having an underlying (hidden) "umbrella corpus" and subcorpora being the label buttons for documents. In this transition, the underlying umbrella corpus was hard coded to "1".

Since the umbrella corpus is hidden, this is not a big deal. Essentially the database Proteus reads from defines the umbrella corpus (the "userdb" parameter passed in.)

It may be useful in the future to allow switching between corpora in a single instance of Proteus.
